I have shipping set to flat rate shipping of $6.50 no matter how many items you purchase. FREE SHIPPING to the US on orders of $50 or more!! Shipping will be via USPS priority mail. If you only one paper kit from the paper kits section, use the coupon code DIECUTS to take $2.50 off your shipping charge, which makes your shipping only $4.50. I just don't know how to make two different flat shipping rates work with my store.
